Our 21 Day Proxy Program combine the blessings and energies of these two wonderful traditions, Ilahinoor a with the ongoing efforts of
the world Elders in their healing of the Physical Earth.
It is important to note that the Earth, Mother Gaya has her own free will and has chosen to make her Ascension at this time. As such she
will be under going many shifts and changes as she ascends. We are very happy to be able to support her and aid her in this process by
working with her children, the Native Elders and Shaman from around the globe.
Your participation in this program will greatly enhance your own spiritual path as well as assist the Elders in their work. We are very
honored to share and facilitate this program from Bodhgaya and the Bodhi Tree. The energies gracing our program will allow the elders to
heal the Earth as we are acting as anchors for the grace. Also as the we are deeply connected with the Earth as well heal our own lives
and awaken to the truth of who we are, the Mother Earth is better able to make her Ascension in a manner supportive to humanity's
evolution.
Please bear this in mind during your Proxy Program. And note this three week period is being blessed by many high level beings and
elders both on the Planet Earth and from the Higher Realms. In the Tibetan Tradition the Earth is bathed in a wonderful bubble of grace
which protects humanity from destroying itself. There are four main guardians protecting the earth one in each direction, North, East, South
and West. In addition to the four main Guardians there are also several thousand Beings sending "Gift Waves" to the Planet and Humanity.
These "Gift Waves" are physic impression which help one in their spiritual evolution, while also helping to stabilize the planet herself. Many
other traditions speak of Elders and Spiritual Beings assisting humanity. During this time of the Earth's ascension there is a great amount
of activity taking place on many levels as humanity is being provided a wonderful opportunity to move into the Golden Age as an
Enlightened Race.
This program is for your personal evolution and assisting the Earth in her Ascension. It is this mindfulness that stands out so strongly in
Bodhgaya and we are very grateful to be working so closely with the Tibetan Masters and the Ascend Masters, sending us their "Gift

The first section is the Live Deeksha and Ilahinoor – During HH The Dalai Lama's Teachings
September 27 ~ 29 and October 1 ~ 5 , 2008
This summer's program starts during H.H. The Dalai Lama's teachings from Dharmsala. Offering Deeksha and Ilahinoor from Dharmsala
during these teachings has proven to be very powerful. Arthur will be attending two sets of teaching on everyone's behalf and sending
Prayers and Ilahinoor and Deeksha to all the Proxy Participants at these teachings
During these teachings there are several thousand monks, Lamas and students all gathered together for the betterment of all beings.
Which includes you and me! By having Arthur standing in on our behalf by Proxy, we all gain much benefit.
Mid Program Break October 6th
On October 6th we will take a day off to integrate and to gather for questions and answers with Arthur Collins, Linda Hogan and Callie
Marchell (Callie will be in MT Shasta). We are sure many folks will have lots to share and we have set up a Tele-Conference for all the

The Second Section is Blessings from the Sacred Sites of Bir ~ A land of Majestic Tibetan Culture
Daily Deeksha and Ilahinoor Transmissions from October 7th ~ 17th
This section is full of many blessings from several Scared Sites and during special Sacred cermoniies, including, Lama Dances at
Sherabling Monastry, Lotus Lake, and Pujas from several of the wonderful Local Monastries from the Village of Bir, the home of our tour
hosts. Our Hosts have assured us of many wonderful programs, and we are most grateful to be able to include you in these events through
our Porxy Porgram.
A very special component of this very high Energy and Advanced Offerings is the unique aspect of healing for one's ancestors for 11 days.
This is a wonderful opportunity to help one's ancestors move into the light and free themselves from the Karma of their past and culture.
Each person liberated from the cultural and collective Karma generates so much blessings for all of humanity and the Participants praying
on their behalf.
Tibetan Culture is one of the most advanced in healing of the ancestors and working with the Bardo Realms on behalf of others. We
welcome you to add the names of your ancestors to your prayer requests, and Arthur will be including them all his prayers during this
portion of the Proxy Program.

On October 18th, we will take another day to integrate, offer thanks and gratitude to all the participants, and facilitators. We will once again
be joined by Arthur, Linda and Callie and look forward to hearing everyone's experiences from having just completed this amazing journey
of healing and liberation.
