"I have been receiving Deeksha for some time now, and although I feel better, I still struggle can you
explain how this can be? I thought receiving Deeksha would end my suffering. How many Deekshas
does it take?"

The above question and ones similar to it have been arising a lot lately. Often from those who have been to
India for the 21 day process, in addition to those who have been receiving Deeksha on a regular basis in their
home lands. I wish to address this question, a new, as many new people have now received Deeksha and/or
have been to India.
First of all, I highly recommend watching Brendon McDonald's (I may have the name wrong) documentary on
the 21 Day process in India. At the end of the film, Christian Optiz is reviewing his findings on several of the
people who had completed the 21 day process. They also had an eight month follow up.
While, most folks did not feel "enlightened" they did experience deeper insights into themselves and life.
Christian was also able to demonstrate the changes that had occurred during their 21 day process, and how
their brains were continuing to change. So while many folks, often do not feel that they are making progress,
indeed they are. Often in the most amazing fashion.
So then, you may ask, "Why are people still struggling and/or not enlightened after several Deekshas?"
One important note, is that the Deeksha starts the Enlightenment Process that is lying dormant within you. It
doesn't wave a magical wand and puff, you are Enlightened...although that has happened to lots of
folks...rather for the most of us, it starts the process of becoming Enlightened. This process may take anywhere
from 6 to 36 months. Sometimes longer sometimes shorter.

disparity in the quality of life in these same people's lives"
My experience with haven given first Healing Deeksha and then Enlightenment virtually non-stop since 2003 is
that it helps people experience love, joy, and a sense of home...of being at home. The degree of the affect this
experience has on the individual varies from person to person. For many it changes how they see things in life
and they have more joy in their everyday life. It awakens them to a richer possibility for their lives.
For others, it has become a journey of healing and slowly but surely old wounds are healing and their child like
playfulness and innocence is returning.
"This is a growing audience, often feeling a sense of great let down after an initial high."
For both these groups we could say that they have started what has now been termed, "The Deeksha Process"
The Deeksha Process is a journey of Enlightenment, where all that is inside us that is unenlightened is
becoming Enlightened. It is very important to have a support system in place during this process. With the
upcoming 5th night, many expect the process to go much deeper than it has in the previous years.
Indeed, many of those participating in my programs having been claiming that the process does indeed seem
much deeper.
Interestingly, at the same time many people are finding it harder and harder to receive support in their
process from those they have received Deeksha from and even the Oneness University itself.
During some of the early stages of my own process, I had a wonderful support system already in place. Most of
these gifted healers could see the changes in my body, my behavior and my energy fields. They had a
common response much like Jonathan Parker's.
I once received a few phone sessions with Jonathan Parker, and he said it was like a Golden Hand was on my
head pouring the most beautiful healing Golden light into my body enlightening everything that was
unenlightened. He said it was truly an amazing thing to behold.
Still, for more and more folks this process has brought them into unknown depths of their being and for those
without the support system, which I had, the process has been very difficult. Many would call me and others in
deep states of depression, despair and even suicide thoughts. I search around for others I could work with to
address these issues, as just getting more Deeksha was not the answer, and in fact in some cases it has
made matters worse.
Now what happens during this process? Christian can show us what is happening to our brains, but what is
going on in our emotional and psychic bodies? I liken the process to a rewiring of all the old patterns to a new
way of being. Bhagavan says we have four main sets of influences that are governing our lives, and they are:
1) Past Live Karma and Ancestral Karma or patterns
2) Events that affected our birth processes
3) Early Childhood Decisions
4) Later Day Conditioning
Any negative or unhealthy patterns which are influencing our current day to day living arise out of one or more
of these areas. The Deeksha Process is uncovering any of these obstacles and bringing them to the
surface for healing and completion and release. Many people are often stuck in one or more places in their
process, and this may hold back their overall growth and progress...at least on the experiential level...in other
words, scans of their brains and nervous systems are showing tremendous progress, yet they are not feeling it
on the emotional level.
As we move from unelightenment and into Enlightenment, a tremendous amount of restructuring of our
thoughts and energies is taken place. In India we had a lot of practices and rituals for helping in this process.
One of the most popular and familiar is the fire ritual called Homa. During a Homa the Divine Grace is invoked
to help us in clearing unhealthy patterns of the past and replacing them with healthy ones. There is no blame
or judgment, rather an inner acceptance of what is, and then releasing the unhealthy and receiving healthy
energies.
A second popular method for working through issues and blocks to enlightenment that may arise during the
Deeksha Process is Samascara Shuddi. Once very popular in the West, we have been asked not to hold
private sessions in the west.
Now in the west we have many other programs available to help a person in their clearing process. This variety
helps a person find a program that is suitable for them. We have also been doing many colobartions and Proxy
programs. These programs, for myself are mainly run with Elizabeth Tobin on The Mayan Calender Dates. We
combine Deeksha with Resonance Repatterning on the Ahau dates and around particular themes over a year
long period. The Benefits people have gained have been amazing and it is a very popular program and helping
many people.
We have also started offering Proxy Programs from India where people can receive the benefits of the
Homas and Pujas from the comfort of their own homes. Bhagavan and Amma have both expressed
much joy in the Proxy Programs.
A third highly popular method for clearing blocks is to work with the natural flows of the cosmos and utilize the
energies of the stars. Here people gather and pray or meditate on days where the energies for healing and
enlightenment are very high. Amma and Bhagavan's birthdays are two such dates. Other such dates are the
Breakthrough Celebration Dates. (an article on these dates and the Breakthrough Celebration is included).

Here in America we are working with all three methods for helping people flow with their Deeksha Process. And
do know that the Deeksha is a most wonderful process. Folks from all over the world and all walks of life are
experiencing more love and joy and insights than ever before.
Bhagavan has often stated that Humanity is under going one of the most dramatic changes in its long
evolution. The Oneness University and the Deeksha Movement have come into existence to help humanity
through this current period of change. He and several other teachers have often stated that this 10 year period
will be a difficult one for humanity, and we are here to help humanity move through this period from evolving
from an unelightened pain producing race to an enlightened heart and love centered race.
We are now moving through some of the finale phases of this transition. By 2012 much of the transformation
will have occurred. Maharishi predicts that by 2008 there will be a major transformation in consciousness. His
group will be doing their practice for the entire year of 2007, he says they have enough people who have
reached the levels of practice needed to affect the consciousness of entire countries. We have seen the
affects they have had on particular cities over much shorter periods, this should be amazing to watch.
Last year, Elizabeth Tobin and I , likewise ran a yearlong program and had put together a year long program to
co-inside with the year long Breakthrough Celebration. Elizabeth has been working with both Carl Calleman and
the Deeksha Process very deeply and has a very well rounded understanding of helping people in their
Deeksha Process. She also has a most amazing insight into the role of the Mayan Calender for helping people
in their journey into Oneness.
This was a year long journey working very intimately with your own unique process as well as with other
like-minded people from around the world. We will be joined by Barry Martin, Karen Anderson and folks from
both the Oneness Movement and Humanity in Unity.
This year the program will run to co-inside with the Mayan Calendar's 5th Night. A time of great release and
