We feel so happy to be part of your phone conference in September! Our experiences with ilahinoor are nothing but positive. This energy feels like Home to me, and
many others feel the same about it. It’s helping us all to settle into ourselves in a deeper way, to relax and enjoy the flow of life. Ahhhh....

The first is my own experience of receiving the energy from Kiara:
I had a very powerful, palpable experience of the energies coming in through my face, then descending into the body, primarily on the left side. They came with a great
deal of swirling turbulence, like an unstable solution or the action of a washing machine. The energies
swirled for some time in the face and head, then in the heart / throat/ soul center area, and then moved down the left side into the second chakra area, where they
stayed for a long time. The turbulence continued to churn, and left in its wake a feeling of absolute
stillness in each area as it moved on. It finally came to rest in the base chakra, in the form of a bubbling bowl, gently curving -- clearly
a container for the energies to be deeply embodied. It felt lovely.
The deep, rich stillness continued to intensify and grow more firmly rooted as I continued to sit and invite the energies to land within me.
There was an unmistakable sensation of their Presence within me, and I knew beyond all doubt that they would always be there, for they hadbecome part of me. They
would also be able to be transmitted if that were the intention. I was pulled very deep within, as the energies
landed and took root, and stayed immobile in a deep, rich space for a long time. The energies began to go down the legs and into the feet,
where I felt them take residence. This process did not feel as fully manifest as it will be over time.
As all of this was occurring, there was a strong sense of the Middle East. I felt a sense of oneness with the land, the people, and the
ancientness of it all. The image of people wearing long robes and walking on the earth barefoot arose and stayed for some time, along
with a quiet, subtle yearning for or remembrance of this way of being Perhaps the energies of Ilahinoor carry this template of the human
experience, somehow. Since this time the energy went down the left side, I was curious what might happen with a second transmission, so I asked Kiara to send
ilahinoor to me again a week later. This time it went straight to the area around the right eye where a serious case of shingles had occurred a few years ago. The
energies rooted around there for quite some time,and then subsided, and I felt the experience was complete.

We will be met in Delhi and stay in the Tibetan community there and leave for Dharmsala on the evening of September 26th.

We will also have lots of time for meditation and learning Ilahinoor and Linda will guide us in Shamanic Connections to the Energy of the Land

welcomed guests by a most gracious host. We will explore 5 days of Tibetan
Healing with one of the Dalai Lama;s former Medical Doctor. In the evenings
of the first half of our trip we will be often eating with the Tibetan Refugees
helping them to speak English. We are assisting their people in many ways.
The second half of out trip takes us to the Majestic village of Bir. Know equally
for its vast sky and mountains and many Monasteries. We will be actually
living and staying in the homes of the people there as they open the doors to
their houses to us. We will gather for stories from the elders, and learn first
hand of stories they lived in their escape from China and new life in India. We
will visit the scared Lama Dances and so so much more.
All under the guidance of a Tibetan, Brother and Sister Tenzing and Kalsang,
who have lived in Bir all their lives. This is a trip of a lifetime and one which
gives back as much as it receives and continues long after you return to your
own homeland..if indeed you decide not to remain!
